We strive to call on all key independent accounts monthly and B.C. stores quarterly. We cover all resets/new store sets when notified. We call on all the key retail chains of the Northwest.
Phone Trainings & Phone Conferences
At New Frontier Marketing, LLC, our sales staff works Monday through Thursday in the field, and utilize Fridays as home office days. If you need to be updated on specific territories, please e-mail the sales rep during the work week requesting a Friday phone conference and what you'd like to review. We will confirm the time and await your call at the designated time. We commit to Fridays for this purpose, so we can remain in the field selling your products every day. This also gives you time to have one-on-one communication with our sales staff regarding your brand and where they are with placements, promotions, and so forth.
Working with Our Staff in the Field
We are open and eager to working with you here in the Pacific Northwest. We will work with you in the field twice each year (per sales person). All work-withs must be set up at least two months in advance, and be approved in advance by Bob Wray or Tanya Bledsoe. This is to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts with our sales staff as well as ourselves.
Audits/Store Reports
All requests for audits/store reports must be presented to either Bob Wray or Tanya Bledsoe.
